Refund Policy

 At Kalpvraksh Healing Foundation, we strive to ensure that every product delivered meets your expectations. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We offer returns and refunds only under the following conditions:

 

• You have received a wrong product (product does not match your order), OR

• The product has been damaged/broken during transit

 

No other reasons (including change of mind, preference, or misuse) will be eligible for return or refund.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

 

To process any return or refund request, it is mandatory for the customer to:

 

• Record a clear video while receiving and opening the package

• Ensure the video shows:

  • The sealed package

  • The unboxing process

  • The condition of the product

⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.

 

3. Return Request Process

 

To initiate a return or refund:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share the following details:

• Order ID

• Clear unboxing video

• Images of the product (if applicable)
   

​​Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.

4. Refund Process

​

• Once your request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• The refund will be issued via the original payment method

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

​

The following are not eligible for return/refund:

​

• Products without unboxing video proof

• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer​
